All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. We ship out all orders between Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & holidays). After placing your order, your package will be shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed and you will receive an email notification with the tracking number soon after. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
For international orders, packages are delivered within 7-14 days from the date of shipment.
We use major carriers and local courier partners like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

Please note that Exquisite Styles Boutique is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, misrouted, lost, or stolen packages. Once a package is shipped out, we no longer have control over how it's being handled by the shipping carrier. If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier that was used to ship your order in order to file a claim. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot reach out to the shipping carriers on behalf of the customer. If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.

International orders are not refundable and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you notice an error or would like your address to be changed, please notify us ASAP via either Facebook, Instagram, or email. In your message please provide us with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs our facilities. Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped out, we cannot alter the shipping process to change your shipping address. Our team is super quick when it comes to packing and shipping out orders but we'll do everything we can!
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns after the 7-day period will not be accepted. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to report any issue.
All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card.

If your item is eligible for return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Consider adding shipping insurance to your return, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your returned package gets lost and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and issue a store credit. RETURN CRITERIA

- PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after 7 days from the shipment date will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged nor returned. The following items are final sale items: jewelry, hats, handbags, any items that are under the Accessory category, and any items under the low stock sale category. All sale items are final sale.
- Gift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store merchandise. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags.
- Please note that item(s) damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible. We cannot accept merchandise that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. If the item is not returned in the conditions mentioned above, you will not receive a store credit. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer. We also reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period.
- We do not provide return label. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The only time we will provide a return label is when the returned item is a result of our error i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item. Exquisite Styles Boutique diligently inspects all merchandise before shipping. Therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. All returned item(s) will be thoroughly inspected for signs of wear or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, buyer will not receive a store credit.
